Learning Management Systems - LMS - Meridian

We needed to deliver training to tens of thousands of users, but we also wanted to foster collaboration. We had to have a system that was intuitive. Not all users are experts with e-learning or online collaboration.

We didn't buy an LMS to just roll out reading material. Implementing Meridian gives our employees a way to apply the knowledge they collect. The LMS is a vehicle to get training content out and test and track people's skills.
